Pay: Up to $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary: As a Billing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the accounting team by handling accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. This role will have exposure to several aspects of our business organization including, but not limited to, communications, scheduling and warehouse operations.

Work Hours: 8:30 – 5:00, Monday through Friday, some nights and weekends as needed.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 / Dependent upon experience

Essential Functions:

• Bill out service and install work as received each day and maintain healthy account receivable standing according to company parameters
• Reconcile and pay all accounts payable transactions incurred by the company on a weekly basis
• Work collaboratively with department leaders to complete projects
• Assist in recording company processes and become proficient in company software
• Provide coverage in communication center including answering and scheduling calls
• Maintain and promote a positive image of the Company
• Other duties, as assigned

Position Summary: The Plumbing Service Manager will lead the plumbing service team to achieve company revenue goals through exemplary customer and technical service.

Work Hours: 7:30 – 5:00 / Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $60k -$100k

Essential Functions:

• Integrates sales strategies and processes across the technician team.
• Trains technicians on how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Understand sales criteria and holds the team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Works closely and communicates with install coordinator and manager, dispatch, and customer service reps for optimal customer experience.
• Monitors the performance of field technicians and advises them on necessary improvements through one-on-ones and riding along to customer jobs. Works with HR in the evaluation process, compensation, and related activities.
• Reviews and approves invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and options sheets.
• Troubleshoots customer issues and/or complaints.
• Serves as a technical backup for field technicians when necessary.
• Maintains assigned vehicle relative to cleanliness and assessment of hazards/need for repairs.
• Participates in operations and leadership meetings. Participates in and contributes to leadership activities; shapes company culture by carrying out values, ethics, and integrity.
• Creates and executes weekly training with the technician team.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record in the plumbing industry and prior Service Manager experience
• 5+ years in management
• Punctual and committed to regular attendance
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and plumbing standards
• Must be IT competent, with knowledge of computer applications, Microsoft programs, and modern technology including iPhones, iPads, Androids, etc.
• Computer and typing proficient, 40+ wpm
• Good physical health with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training less experienced Service Technicians.

Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Alternating on call schedule; some weekends and evenings (On Call Rotation).

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $34.00/hour – Depends on experience

Qualifications and Essential Functions:

• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Demonstrate a willingness to invest in tools used in the Service of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate the willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes

• Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
• Knowledge and ability to evaluate a customer’s complete HVAC system to ensure its life and efficiency and the safety of home
• Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
• Knowledge of Low Voltage systems
• Knowledge of heat pump and components, of refrigerant cycle and gas-fired equipment operation and components, if a plus
• Safety knowledge of tools and testing devices
• Ability to test and balance systems
• Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
• Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner
• NATE Core Certification, preferred or willing to obtain
