More Comfort, More Coverage: Our Second Location Is Now Open

For over two decades, Dependable Service has been part of the fabric of Pawleys Island. From the emergency calls in the middle of a July heat wave to routine tune-ups before the first cold snap of winter, our team has shown up, because that’s what neighbors do.

That commitment hasn’t changed. But our community has grown and so have we.

We’re proud to announce that Dependable Service has opened a second location in Socastee, at 4512 Dick Pond Road, bringing the same plumbing and HVAC service our clients have trusted for 23 years closer to even more families and businesses across the Grand Strand.

As Gerry Voorhees, our owner and the heart behind everything we do here, put it best: “This isn’t about building a new facility, it’s about building a stronger foundation for the Grand Strand and the residents we serve.”

Not a new brand. Just a family-owned business, 30 technicians and support team strong, planting deeper roots in the communities we call home, so we can respond faster, serve you better, and be there when it matters the most.

To our new Socastee neighbors: we’re glad to be part of your neighborhood. To our long-time Pawleys Island clients: everything you have come to count on stays exactly the same.

There may be a second address, but the commitment is 23 years in the making.
