David arrived before scheduled time and was able to troubleshoot why my gas fireplace would not ignite. Based on today’s experience, I signed up for the yearly maintenance program which will also cover my gas water heater. David has extensive knowledge, responsible and very efficient. I now know where to call if there is issue with my gas appliances.
