I called around 715am in the morning about my water heater going out. I got set up for an appointment at 1000am. The tech arrived on time and went right to work. He agreed that the hot water heater was leaking and bad. He said he would call and see if he could get a new one to install today. He did and by 2pm I had hot water again.
The technician was friendly and explained everything. Highly professional. I will use the company again if I need work done.
